Please Note Turkish Government’s New Ruling: All holiday rental bookings are now subject to 18% KDV (like UK VAT) and the 2023 introduced 2% accomodation tax. The prices below are per week, inclusive of KDV and accomodation taxes, booked directly with me. Booking via 3rd party sites will incur additional costs.

Booking Direct
This is the cheapest and most personal way to book. All you need to do is email me your requirements. Please include number of guests and your preferred holiday dates, I will confirm via email whether the dates are available and the cost.
If you do decide to proceed with a booking I will ask you to agree to my 'Terms and Conditions' a copy of which will be sent to you in my email response.
Direct bookings do not incur a booking fee or a damage deposit.
To secure a booking I require a 30% non refundable deposit (subject to T&C's above) with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
My preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer but cheques or Paypal (+3%) will also be accepted.
